Our Brothers Cleaning employees are exceptional and they make the biggest difference between you receiving mediocre cleaning or spectacular cleaning. All of our employees are screened by our full-time Human Resources Manager, Debbie Taylor. Each member is given a background check, and must pass a rigorous training before he or she is given the title of Service Associate and assigned to your home or building.

All of our carpet, area rug and upholstery technicians are nationally trained and certified with yearly accreditation. This ensures that every time your home or office is cleaned by our team, you are receiving nothing but top-of-the-line cleaning, using the most advanced techniques in the industry. Our commitment to you is to provide a service that will maintain the cleanliness and attractive appearance of your building, while giving you the assurance that our employees are trustworthy and conscientious.

Each of our Service Associates is required to wear a uniform and photo ID badge while working. They are also supervised by a Team Leader who performs regular Quality Inspections; we will leave you a copy of these inspection reports.

Should you have a cleaning emergency during day time hours, we have several Day Service Associates who are available to help you, with very little notice. Our response time is within an hour in most cases.
